Digital Acquisition
Service Discovery
MOTRIX® was transformed into a connected premium automotive care business designed to turn individual service transactions into long-term customer and vehicle relationships.
This case study demonstrates how digital acquisition, service discovery, booking, vehicle data, customer intelligence, and retention were integrated into one commercial system built to increase service value and create more predictable repeat business.
As MOTRIX® expanded its premium detailing, paint protection, ceramic coating, and vehicle care services, commercial growth increasingly depended on continuously generating new customer enquiries.
Service discovery, quotations, booking, vehicle information, customer communication, and post-service engagement were operating across disconnected touchpoints, limiting the business’s ability to understand the complete relationship between each customer, vehicle, service history, and future service opportunity.
The central challenge was not simply generating more automotive enquiries, but extracting greater commercial value from every customer and vehicle relationship. Leads could enter through multiple channels, quotations were handled independently from customer and vehicle data, booking activity provided limited visibility into future service opportunities, and completed services rarely triggered a structured retention journey.
Without a unified view of the customer, vehicle, service history, purchasing behaviour, and protection lifecycle, MOTRIX® remained dependent on continuous acquisition while opportunities for relevant service recommendations, repeat visits, and long-term customer value remained difficult to activate systematically.
AL AFAQ GLOBAL designed an integrated automotive growth system connecting digital acquisition, service discovery, booking, customer CRM, vehicle profiles, service history, lifecycle communication, and retention. Each customer interaction was connected to a persistent vehicle record—allowing enquiries, bookings, completed services, preferences, and future care opportunities to become part of one continuous commercial view.
Rather than treating every completed service as the end of a transaction, the system was structured to use customer and vehicle intelligence to support relevant service recommendations, stronger repeat behaviour, and a more valuable long-term relationship.
THE VEHICLE VALUE LIFECYCLE
The automotive journey was structured as a continuous commercial lifecycle connecting customer discovery, vehicle identification, booking, service activity, protection, and retention—allowing every completed service to contribute to the next customer opportunity.

Execution focused on translating the automotive growth strategy into a connected commercial operating system. Digital service discovery was structured around clearer customer intent and vehicle requirements, while booking workflows connected each enquiry to an identifiable customer and vehicle profile.
CRM infrastructure unified contact data, vehicle information, booking history, completed services, preferences, and engagement activity within one commercial view. Post-service communication, care reminders, relevant service recommendations, review journeys, and re-engagement workflows were then connected to the vehicle lifecycle—allowing the business to continue the customer relationship after service completion rather than restarting acquisition from zero for every future transaction.
The resulting system created a connected commercial foundation linking customer demand with vehicle data, service activity, and long-term retention. Rather than viewing growth only through the number of new enquiries generated, MOTRIX® gained a structure designed to increase the value of existing customer relationships, improve visibility into future service opportunities, strengthen repeat behaviour, and support more relevant commercial decisions using connected customer and vehicle intelligence.
This established a more scalable growth model in which every completed service could become the beginning of the next customer interaction rather than the end of the relationship.
AUTOMOTIVE GROWTH OBJECTIVES
The automotive growth system was structured around measurable commercial objectives designed to improve booking conversion, increase service value, strengthen repeat behaviour, and reduce friction across the customer response journey.
